Welcome to our sauna world where the magic of relaxation and regeneration awaits you. To create a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, it is important to follow a few rules:

  1. Before using the sauna, it is important to cleanse the skin of the body by taking a shower to achieve the best possible sauna experience
  2. Waiting patiently for the sauna programme to begin
  3. Before entering, make sure you have removed your jewellery and slippers
  4. Please respect silence and stillness, this will help you to relax as much as possible
  5. Always use a sauna towel, it is not only hygienic but also comfortable
  6. Do not use fragrances on your skin before sauna, they can cause rashes and other damage to your skin
  7. Spend as much time in the sauna as you feel comfortable, but preferably do several shorter sessions
  8. Listen for physical signs, if you don't feel well, stop.
  9. Do not consume alcohol immediately before and in the sauna
  10. Arrive in good health only
  11. Hydrate properly, drink enough water between sessions
  12. Leave the environment clean
