Medicinal water

Medicinal water is a wonderful gift of nature, which has been healing bathers for centuries. Bathing is an ancient tradition dating back to pre-Conquest times in other cultures, but it developed later in our country. Our conquerors initially only washed their horses in it, despite living near warm waters. The Romans introduced the bathing culture to our country and it developed further during the Turkish occupation, as evidenced by the numerous baths that have survived.

Here in Lenti, in the 1960s, medicinal water erupted while drilling a well during the construction of a flax factory. The spa was opened in 1978 to make use of the water. Although the quality of our 40 000-year-old sodium bicarbonate medicinal water has always been impeccable, it was only in 1988 that it was awarded the status of medicinal water.

Then in 2016 our spa was declared a health resort.

Our medicinal water is suitable for the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, inflammatory and abrasive diseases of the spine (neck, back, waist), lumbago, joints (shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, ankle). In addition to healing, it is also recommended for regeneration and recharging.

2 pools (1 outdoor and 1 indoor) filled with medicinal water are available for our guests.

Thanks to relaxation in our pools, the mineral-rich hot water relaxes muscles, reduces musculoskeletal problems, stimulates breathing, improves metabolism and is used as a cure for many other diseases.

Of course, a one-time spa treatment does not affect your health, so we recommend a course of visits, which will have a positive effect on your physical and mental health within a short time. The recommended bathing time in our pools is 20 minutes, which can be repeated several times in one day. It is not recommended for children under 14 years.
